Pergolas Charleston | Commercial Awnings Charleston | Residential Awnings Charleston

We have developed our line of retractable roof systems based on a technology designed by ourselves: The MANTT/ MASAW System.
It is a system designed for the covering of: hotels (hotels enclosures Charleston), restaurants (restaurant enclosures Charleston), bars (bar enclosures Charleston) or other outdoor living space.

We design large covering systems suitable for any use. Install a telescopic covering over your hotel patio or as a protection for the breakfast veranda and make your outdoor living space in screened-in porch in quickly time. Our retractable roof are produced according to an international patent which has been studied to offer the best quality and safety from wind (wind protection), snow (snow protection), hurricane (hurricane protection) and earthquakes (earthquakes protection).
Our facilities have in fact passed stringent seismic tests and resist winds up to 140 km/h.

HURRICANE FLORENCE (Bermuda)
The great quality of our M.A.N.T.T. System Survives Hurricane Florence!
On Monday September 11, 2006 Hurricane Florence swept Bermuda. The Category One hurricane luckily caused no fatalities or serious injuries. Our flexible lateral panels, resisted winds up to 105 mph (169 km/h) without even bending, keeping their shape unaltered. Trust and buy our M.A.N.T.T. system with lateral panels, patented by L.A.S.P. System

Climate in Charleston:

Charleston has a humid subtropical climate (Köppen Cfa), with mild winters, hot, humid summers, and significant rainfall all year long. Summer is the wettest season; almost half of the annual rainfall occurs during the summer months in the form of thundershowers. Fall remains relatively warm through November. Winter is short and mild, and is characterized by occasional rain. Snow flurries seldom occur, although in 2010, 3.4 inches (8.6 cm) fell on the evening of February 12, the heaviest in 20 years. The highest temperature recorded (inside city limits at the Customs House on E. Bay St.) was 104 °F (40 °C), on June 2, 1985, and the lowest temperature recorded was 10 °F (−12 °C) on January 21, 1985.[33] Hurricanes are a major threat to the area during the summer and early fall, with several severe hurricanes hitting the area – most notably Hurricane Hugo on September 21, 1989 (a Category 4 storm). Charleston was hit by a large tornado in 1761, which temporarily emptied the Ashley River, and sank five offshore warships.[

In particular, we are specialized in: Rooftop Enclosures Charleston (Retractable Enclosure Charleston), Patio Enclosure Charleston (Sunrooms Charleston), Skylights System Charleston (Skylights Sunrooms Charleston), Pergola Awning Charleston (Retractable Pergola Charleston), Pergola Roof (Pergola Roof Charleston), Pool Enclosures (Pool Enclosures Charleston), Lateral Enclosures (Lateral Enclosures Charleston), Vertical Side Enclosures (Vertical Side Enclosures Charleston), Wind Stop Awnings (Wind Stop Awnings Charleston)
